Mammoet Canada Eastern Head Office

Located in Puslinch, Ontario, this new 85,500 square foot facility houses Mammoet Canada Eastern’s head office and state-of-the-art maintenance shop. Mammoet is an international specialist in heavy lifting, transport, and craning. Their new head office is a showpiece both for their company and for green technologies. The structural steel and precast concrete structure includes a two-storey, 32,000 square foot office featuring a rooftop patio. The adjoining 38 foot high maintenance shop has two 35 ton overhead cranes as well as a 15 ton and a 10 ton crane in different bays. The in-floor heating system is powered by a high-tech geothermal system, and the wash bays feature a recirculating tank for filtration and reuse of water. This facility also features a ‘swag shop’ for Mammoet merchandise and a 1,500 square foot commercial kitchen and cafeteria.
