Northfield Station

Located in Waterloo, Northfield Station is a transit-oriented office development positioned directly beside the ION Light Rail Transit corridor. The project delivers approximately 80,600 square feet of Class A office space, designed to support innovative businesses seeking accessible, well-connected workplaces.

Zehr Group played a comprehensive role in the project as Development Manager, General Contractor, and now Property Manager. The development included the adaptive reuse of a 14,600 square foot industrial building alongside the new construction of a three-storey, 66,000 square foot office building, blending redevelopment with modern commercial construction.

During the development and construction phases, Zehr Group coordinated planning, design collaboration, trade procurement, and site execution, delivering a highly functional office environment aligned with transit-oriented growth in Waterloo Region. The building achieved strong early leasing success, attracting tenants such as Cineplex Digital Solutions and MNP LLP.
