Garment Street Condos

Garment Street Condos at 100 Victoria Street and 104 Garment Street are the latest residential additions to the Innovation District in downtown Kitchener, placing residents within walking distance of the future transit hub and at the centre of the region’s growing tech community.

The development was delivered as a joint venture between Zehr Group, Momentum Developments, and KingSett Capital, with Zehr Group also serving as General Contractor. The project includes 3 residential towers rising above three-storey podium levels.

Throughout the project, Zehr Group provided full construction leadership, coordinating complex high-rise construction in a dense downtown environment while working closely with development partners and consultants. Following completion, our team has continued to support homeowners through customer care and warranty management, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to occupancy and maintaining the quality expected in this landmark downtown community.
