STRIDE on Ottawa is continuing the STRIDE vision for thoughtfully designed rental communities across Waterloo Region. The project is being developed and constructed by Zehr Group, reflecting our fully integrated approach.

Situated in Kitchener's beloved Auditorium neighbourhood, STRIDE on Ottawa is steps from the Iron Horse Trail, the legendary City Café Bakery, and quick access to the expressway a location that balances everyday convenience with genuine neighbourhood character. The development will bring a mix of purpose-built rental suites to one of Kitchener's most established and walkable communities.
