Located in the heart of the student community in Waterloo, 85 Seagram Drive is a six-storey, nine-unit student residence. The insulated concrete form (ICF) and brick façade residence is complete with covered and surface parking and amenity lounge spaces. Construction started in April of 2012 and was completed by the fall semester, in September 2012. This project had its challenges in the high-density student core of the city with very little site access and a tight timeline to complete, but it opened its doors as scheduled with all units rented.
