RED Condominium

RED Condominiums is a boutique mid-rise residential building located in the Bauer District of Waterloo’s Uptown BIA. Developed by Momentum Developments, the project was constructed by Zehr Group as General Contractor.

Completed in 2013, the six-storey condominium offers a range of suites from bachelor layouts to larger penthouse residences. The building was designed as part of the vibrant Bauer District community, with balconies overlooking the Bauer courtyard and the historic, tree-lined Mary Street neighbourhood.

As General Contractor, Zehr Group coordinated all aspects of construction, including trade procurement, site management, and construction execution, helping deliver one of the early residential condominium projects that contributed to the growth and revitalization of Uptown Waterloo. The development continues to offer residents an urban lifestyle within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and amenities in one of the region’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
