Miovision

Zehr Group completed a 68,000 square foot interior fit-out for Miovision at Catalyst137, delivering a modern workspace designed to support the company’s rapid growth and collaborative culture.

The original project transformed a large industrial floorplate into a dynamic office environment featuring open workspaces, collaborative areas, and a variety of meeting rooms. Amenities within the space include a yoga room, bicycle storage, and “The Hub,” a large kitchen and cafeteria designed to host company-wide gatherings and town halls. With 24-foot ceiling heights and DIRTT modular wall systems, the design allows for flexibility as the workplace evolves.

More recently, Zehr Group returned to the space to complete renovations reflecting post-pandemic workplace changes, reconfiguring portions of the office to introduce additional bookable hoteling workstations and flexible collaboration areas to better support Miovision’s hybrid work model.
